Classic Tent Rentals was started in 1990 by Craig and Kathleen McCoy. Originally a counter seasonal business, Classic Tent Rentals’ mission was to specialize in formal events and weddings, targeted by Craig and Kathleen as an under-supplied market. They identified and filled the need for clean, state-of-the-art equipment and first rate service. Within just three years the company grew by almost 400%. Up until very recently, most advertising was done strictly through word of mouth. For the most part, Classic Tent Rentals’ business continues to be primarily based on referrals by satisfied customers. Classic Tent Rentals works with the region’s best caterers and wedding services suppliers, in a variety of locations. Our distinguished client list and testimonials attest to a business that is dedicated to quality and excellence of service.
Not Just a Staff, But a Team

The crew at Classic Tent Rentals is rigorously trained, clean-cut and polite. On-site “Awareness Training” teaches the crew to be conscious of site obstacles like sprinklers, flowerbeds, and decks. Instructions include a mandate to the crew that the site must be left as it was before the event, or better. Cutoffs, long hair, and any look that gives anything but a strictly professional appearance is discouraged. For the protection and assurance of our customers and employees of the company, Classic Tent Rentals carries two million dollars in liability coverage.
