Rental FAQ’s

  • Event Time

      • Rental quote for 2-4 day event period, long term rates available
      • Deliverys set for 1-3 days prior unless prior arrangement.

    Payment Terms and conditions

      • 30% deposit required at confirmation, Balance day prior or at delivery.
      • Al items with in the cancellation period are charged wether used or not .
      • Cash, Check, Pay Pal, Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover accepted
      • NOTE: Damage waiver of 5% is an option available for accidental damage to equipment. Intentional damage, misuse, broken, damaged or lost items due to theft, misplacement or unknown must be returned and repair or replacement cost will be charged or billed day after event.

    Cancellation and changes

      • Cancellation made less than 14 Daysprior to event lose 100% of deposit.
      • Cancellation made 15-30 Days prior to event lose 50% of deposit.
      • 50% of tent cost is charged if cancelled
      • Deposits lost for cancellation reasons will have 50% saved for future rentals as credit.

    Delivery and Setup

      • Delivery costs are based on distance
      • Delivery will be 1-3 days prior or/as scheduled.
      • Charge for table and chair setup with pre arranged floor plan(CAD)
      • Labor costs are charged for changes while setup is in process for time.
      • Note: Damage waiver of 8%  (on end) replacement cost for all lost items will be charged and due on receipt.

    Equipment Use and Care

      • Drop offs and pickups, Customer count both ways, Confirm al items delivered.
      • Pickup, have items stacked, reloaded and safe for pickup in arranged location.
      • China, glassware,flatware returned in racks of like items, scrape china as best you can, we wash and sanitize, linen in laundry bags provided, count everything.
